Participant Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By participating in a tour operated by Mostly Accurate Tours, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in walking tours, food tours, and pub crawls involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, uneven sidewalks, traffic hazards, weather conditions, crowds, and other risks associated with walking through public spaces and entering restaurants, bars, and businesses.

I understand that food and beverages consumed during the tour are prepared and served by independent third-party establishments. Mostly Accurate Tours cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or accommodate all dietary restrictions. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate any allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities prior to participating.

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If alcoholic beverages are consumed during a tour, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own decisions and conduct. I certify that I am of legal drinking age and understand that Mostly Accurate Tours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund.

Guests participating in pub crawls must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.

I understand that tour routes, restaurants, bars, menu items, and schedules may change due to availability, weather, traffic, operating hours, or circumstances beyond the control of Mostly Accurate Tours.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs may notify their guide.

I voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless Mostly Accurate Tours, its owners, guides, employees, contractors, and partner establishments from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising out of participation in a tour, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a tour, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms.
