Cancellation Policy

At Mostly Accurate Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible while also respecting our restaurant and tour partners.

• Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

• Guests who fail to arrive for their tour ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

• In the event that Mostly Accurate Tours must cancel a tour due to severe weather, insufficient attendance, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Tour itineraries, restaurants, bars, menu items, and stops are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, operating hours, and circumstances beyond our control.
