Founder, Boston Lead Guide

  • Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, I’ve been tour guiding since my college days and entertaining for as long as I can remember. 

    From the moment I first visited Boston, I was captivated by its rich history. As I walked the Freedom Trail for the first time, I remember thinking that I was breathing the same air and walking the same streets as the revolutionaries who fought for the dream of a free country. It was magical.

    In 2017, I moved to Boston to become a stand-up comedian. When I wasn't writing jokes in dive bars, I was working at Harpoon Brewery, bartending and leading brewery tours. Although the pandemic put my comedy career on hold in 2020, it never diminished my love of entertaining.

    Every time friends and family came to visit, I loved showing off my city. I’d take them to my favorite restaurants, share funny stories, and tell them the fun facts and local secrets that I’d learned during my time here. Eventually, one of them said, “You should do this for a living.”

    So I did.

  • Originally from Rochester, New York, I’ve been traveling, eating, tour guiding, and working in tourism/hospitality for over 12+ years. 

    After moving to New England in 2018, I immediately fell in love with the rich centuries-old history, the multitude of international influences on the area, and the incredible humans and food one can meet & experience in this unique corner of the world. 

    I’ve lived in two different countries and six different cities, but when we moved to Providence in 2023, I knew I had found my forever home. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people from all different backgrounds, both on my own experiences traveling and during my time leading city walking tours in Madrid, Spain, managing large tour groups across Europe, and leading brewery tours at Harpoon Brewery in Boston, MA. 

    I started leading Mostly Accurate Tours in Providence as a passion project to share what makes this city so lovable and unique, and to create a platform to introduce travelers & locals alike to the incredible locally-owned food institutions we have in this gem of a city.
